Chicken broccoli alfredo (this makes two
baggies/meals)
2 jars
alfredo sauce
Frozen broccoli
florets (about 4 handfuls)
3
chicken breasts poached in the oven (reserve the poaching liquid)
Poach
the chicken breasts in a shallow pan w/ 1 ½ cups water and cover with
foil. Let rest about 20 minutes before
shredding.
Prepare
the baggie and add 2 handfuls of broccoli, ½ of the shredded chicken, 1 jar of
alfredo sauce and ½ of the poaching liquid.
Mix and seal up to freeze.
To reheat, just thaw in the fridge. Reheat slowly in a saucepan till warm and serve over hot pasta ( I usually do Bowtie pasta)
4 Love is patient; love is kind; love is not envious or boastful or arrogant 5or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; 6it does not rejoice in wrongdoing, but rejoices in the truth. 7It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
