This morning we re-heated the first of our "Breakfast burritos" that we made and froze on Saturday.   WOW!!  Was the word of the morning.  2 minutes in the microwave was perfect.  Everything was still moist and very tasty.  
 J.R. did mention two things that should be done when reheating. 
1. after about 1 minute flip them over (one side got a little crunchy but it wasn't bad)
2. remove the paper towel right away after heating....it sticks to the burrito if you don't.


Nothing major, but thought I would let everyone know.  I am going to amend the recipe to reflect that.
